  • Other Locations: 3–7 working days

  • Tracking Number (AWB)

RTO (Return to Origin) means the order was returned back to our warehouse due to reasons like:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Delivery rejected

You can request re-dispatch or refund by contacting support.

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Tracking is activated within 12–24 hours
  • Courier updates may take some time to reflect

You will receive updates via SMS/WhatsApp.

Once we receive your returned product:

We offer a 2-day return policy for eligible products:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
